By initiating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with each client will ensure service continuity, adherence to service level commitments, ongoing communication of program objectives and to identify opportunities for efficiencies. Further, these business reviews will continue to provide us with the opportunity to share ideas and exchange feedback and allow us to accurately measure the level of the dept’s satisfaction.
